Preparegoggles before performing the test for preventing damages from UV and theriboflavin solution. There are no requirements on protective clothes.
在測試前應該准備防護眼鏡以防止紫外線和核黃素溶液的傷害。對防護衣物沒有要求。
Checkthe internal surface of the PW storage tank. There must be no fluorescent partson the internal surface by UV light(365nm). Clean the tank thoroughly if fluorescentwas detected and keep it dry if necessary.
檢查罐體內表面,用紫外燈(365nm)檢查內表面必須無熒光劑,如存在熒光劑則需進行全面清潔,並保持乾燥。
Theriboflavin solution shall be prepared with soft water at the minimum. Theconcentration of the riboflavin solution is 0.1 to 0.2g/L. Spray the riboflavinsolution evenly on the internal surface of the PW storage tank with adispersion pump or other devices. Use UV (365nm) to verify that the internal surfaceof the tank is completely covered by riboflavin (adjust the ambient light ifnecessary).
至少使用軟化水配製核黃素溶劑:核黃素水溶液 0.1~0.2g/L,將核黃素溶液均勻噴在罐體的內表面。用紫外燈(365nm)證實完成了核黃素對罐內的完全表面覆蓋(如果必要調暗周圍的光線)。
Drythe riboflavin solution for 30 minutes.
晾乾核黃素溶液30min。
啟動CIP系統清洗程序,完成一個循環周期。
Checkwith a UV light (365nm) to see whether the riboflavin on the internal surfaceof the storage tank has been completed cleaned. Focuses shall be put to themanhole and the instrument connections.
用紫外燈(365nm)檢查儲罐體內表面的核黃素是否清洗完全,重點檢查拐角連接處。
