『柒』 以下反应釜合成中英文装置什么意思 1.TURN ON THE JACKET CIRCULATING PUMP, AND TURN ON THE HOT WATER HE

1.TURN ON THE JACKET CIRCULATING PUMP, AND TURN ON THE HOT WATER HEATER.

1、打开夹套循环泵，再打开热水加热器。

2. TURN OFF THE HOT WATER HEATER WHEN THE JACKET INLET TEMPERATURE REACHES 28oC.

2、当夹套入口水温达到28度时，关闭热水加热器。

3.WHEN THE REACTOR VESSEL TEMPERATURE APPROACHES 27oC, TURN OFF THE JACKET PUMP, OPEN THE JACKET BYPASS VALVE, AND CLOSE THE INLET AND OUTLET VALVES.

3、当反应釜温度接近27度时，关闭夹套循环泵，打开夹套的旁通阀，并关闭夹套入口和出口的阀门

4. WHEN THE REACTOR VESSEL TEMPERATURE REACHES 27oC TO 28oC, OPEN THE CITY WATER VALVE AND THE JACKET DRAIN VALVE AND ADJUST THE JACKET INLET AND OUTLET TEMPERATURES AS CLOSE AS POSSIBLE TO 27oC. THE INLET TEMPERATURE MAY BE SLIGHTLY LOWER TO GET THE OUTLET TEMPERATURE WITHIN RANGE.

4、当反应釜温度达到27~28度，同时打开自来水阀门和夹套进出口阀门，将夹套温度尽可能调节到27度。夹套入口的温度可能会稍微低于夹套出口的温度，伴有波动。

1 HEAT THE FLASK TO REFLUX AND REMOVE WATER WITH A BARRETT TRAP.

1、将烧瓶加热至回流，并用一个疏水阀将水分离出来

2 REMOVE 138 mls OF SOLVENT FROM BARRETT TRAP.

3 COOL THE FLASK TO 75 DEG C.

4 AFTER THE WATER HAS BEEN REMOVED, REDUCE AGITATOR SPEED TO 300-325 RPM.

（2）用煮沸30min并冷却至15。C的蒸馏水注满附温密度瓶，装上温度计（瓶中应无气泡），浸入（20+0.1）。C的恒温水浴中，至附温密度瓶温度计达20。C，并保持20~30min不变后，取出，用滤纸吸去溢出侧管的水，立即盖上罩放置，至附温密度瓶的温度升到室温后，擦干，准称其质量，记为m1。2 e' F* W0 }7 f, D; [, D5 \
（3）倒出密度瓶中的水，先用约10mL待测液体洗涤2~3次，再用待测液体注满附温密度瓶，浸入（20+0.1）。C的恒温水浴中，同（2）中方法进行了恒温操作，最后准确称量，记为m2。
